Welcome to greenbackparty.org. This site is dedicated to preserving and promoting the principles of the Greenback Labor Party. I discovered the Greenback Labor Party as a part of my research into the Knights of Labor. The head of the Knights of Labor for many years, Terence V. Powderly, supported the principles of the party. For the last few years I have been collecting documents relating to the movement and I will attempt to put all that I have gathered on-line so that others may have easy access to this important historical material. In closing, I would like to say that the entire economic system as we know it today is a racket that has been established and maintained to preserve the wealth of a few at the expense of the many.
